One of our recent data conversion projects entailed the complete re-engineering and replacement of an earlier third-party-developed system. Our design experience enabled the client to achieve very significant performance improvements for their data conversion lead-times. The original system needed days or weeks of run-time to complete each conversion, whereas Apt’s replacement solution achieved the same results in only a few hours. These reduced data migration run-times enabled our client to drastically reduce the roll-out schedule of a major, business-critical system to the enterprise, achieving an overall project saving of millions of dollars along the way.
